Shared Savings
In the past we have worked with Energy Service Companies (ESCO's) to deliver traditional, no upfront cost lighting solutions. Companies such as Brady Trane, Amersco and others focus on low-risk operations such as city, county, and state government facilities as well as hospitals.
Today all our clients can take advantage of this financial model. We have partnered with two stakeholders in the lighting efficiency market and now offer the following programs:
Duke Energy One’s - "Direct Efficiency Program"
Linmore Lighting Services - "Lighting as a Subscription"
Duke Energy’s - “Smart Path Program” in conjunction with NEIF
